Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a psychotherapeutic process that is performed one-to-one between the client and the psychotherapist, based on mutual trust.

The psychotherapy process aims to increase the individual's psychological well-being and quality of life. During this period, the client has the opportunity to develop their ability to cope with their problems, relationships and communication skills, to raise awareness, and to face underlying problems in their lives.

Many different psychotherapy theories and approaches can be applied. However, methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Cognitive Existence Therapy have been scientifically proven to yield much faster and successful results.

While following these methods, the first session of individual therapy is meeting, getting information and having an initial evaluation. In this session, the problem(s) experienced by the person, the internal and external sources of the problem(s), the needs of the person and what changes are targeted are determined together with the therapist and the client.

In the light of these observations and evaluations, as the expectations and goals of the person become clear, a process for reaching the goals is determined and begins to be applied.

The process consists of 50-minute sessions, the frequency of which varies according to the situation and the individual's needs.

Online Therapy / Online Psychological Counseling

The content and flow of online interviews are no different from face-to-face interviews and are implemented within the same ethical principles and rules.

Online Therapy has many advantages, such as flexible hours and a lack of need for transportation.

It is a very practical platform for people who travel frequently, for those who do not have time to go to therapy in person due to long working hours or other commitments, for those who do not have the opportunity to attend sessions in their native language locally, or for those who have chronic conditions or physical disabilities.

Online sessions take place over Skype, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Zoom or Microsoft Teams, according to the needs of the individual. Each session is 50 minutes.
